This is what I got from 17lb of sweet, ripe tomatoes I picked at Veggieluetion Farm last Saturday. The tomato sauce is pretty thick, a bit sweet (not too much, and yellow one is sweeter than the red) and absolutely delicious! I already used yellow for pasta and red one for the soups - it cannot be compared with anything from the store! I am going back this Saturday for more tomatoes!
