Welcome to my world of culinary exploration and adventure. Every day comes with new taste, form and shade. 10 years ago I wouldn't even dream to try lobster or uni or passion fruit - these things did not exist even in my vocabulary! But now - I am a Personal Chef, with a formal training at French Culinary Institute (former Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, CA) and enthusiastic seeker of new flavors, techniques and challenges of this world.
